摘要: 非诺贝特作为临床常见的降脂药,主要通过激活过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPRAα)产生降脂作用。研究表明非诺贝特可以通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖代谢、抑制新生血管形成、阻滞细胞周期、抑制细胞运动迁移、诱导细胞凋亡等来发挥抗肿瘤作用,且以上作用不全依赖PPRAα途径。非诺贝特不良反应小,有望辅助肿瘤临床内科治疗。

Abstract: Fenofibrate is a common lipidlowing drug activating peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor alpha (PPRAα). Recent studies have found that fenofibrate possesses anticancer properties. Its specific mechanisms include inhibiting cell metabolism and formation of new tumor vessels, arresting cell circle, weakening cell motility, and inducing cell apoptosis. Those properties are partly independent of PPRAα. Due to its low sideeffects, it′s hopefully to be used as an anticancer adjuvant drug.
