摘要: 近年来的流行病学研究提示二甲双胍具有抗肿瘤作用。然而,二甲双胍的抗肿瘤机制尚不明确。微小RNA(miRNA)可通过调节细胞的分化和增殖发挥抗肿瘤或致肿瘤生成作用。一些体外研究显示二甲双胍可调节多种与肿瘤密切相关的miRNA的表达,miRNA可能参与二甲双胍的抗肿瘤作用。

Abstract: Recent epidemiologic data indicate that metfomin has an antitumor effect. However, the underlying antitumor mechanisms remain unclear. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) can exhibit prooncogenic or antioncogenic effects by regulating the differentiation and proliferation of cells. In vitro studies show that metformin can regulate the expressions of multiple miRNAs which are closely associated with tumor development, a process possibly relating to the anticancer roles of metformin.
