摘要: 核组蛋白2在丘脑下部核及许多外周组织均有表达,其信号通路的研究尚不完善,神经内分泌调节、细胞存活增长、肿瘤抑制及细胞因子分泌的信号通路均有所涉及。现已经证实其与乳腺癌、肺癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌密切相关。核组蛋白2下游可能存在多条通路与肿瘤的形成和进展相关,但仍需要进一步的实验来阐明NUCB2信号通路,为临床肿瘤防治提供可靠的依据。

Abstract: Nucleobindin 2 protein(NUCB2) is a newly discovered neuropeptide precursor protein, which has a comprehensive cytology function and is expressed in the hypothalamus nucleus and many peripheral tissues. There aren′t many studies about its signaling pathway, where neuroendocrine regulation, cell survival growth, tumor suppressor, cytokine secretion were found to involve in it. Besides, it has also been confirmed that breast cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer and prostate cancer are closely related to NUCB2. Therefore, several downstream pathways of NUCB2 may be related to the formation and progression of tumor. Further studies are still needed to clarify the signal pathways of NUCB2 to provide a reliable basis for clinical cancer prevention.
