Abstract: Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is a kind of RNA molecule which is longer than 200 nucleotides and has no capacity of coding proteins. Accumulating evidences have indicated that several lncRNAs, such as HOTAIR, MALAT1, H19 and BANCR may promote tumor metastasis by inducing epithelialmesenchymal transition.
