Abstract: Epigenetics occurs in the level of gene expression without disorder of gene sequences, and such changes are reversible. The main contents of epigenetics include DNA methylation, histone modification and non encoding RNA regulation, chromatin remodeling. With the further study of epigenetics, its role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumor has been recognized.

Key words: Neoplasms, DNA methylation, Histone code
