Abstract: Metabolomics is a new science and technology, which it refers to a holistic analytical approach to all the low molecular weight metabolites in an organism or a cell. Metabonomics is one of the important component of life sciences, after the genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics. The development of ovarian cancer is accompanied by metabolic changes. Metabolomics can provide a complete information for ovarian cancer metabolism, and can bring broad prospects for early diagnosis and individualized treatment of ovarian cancer.

Key words: Ovarian neoplasms, Serologic tests, Metabonomics
