摘要/Abstract

摘要： HOXC基因簇作为同源盒（HOX）基因家族的一员，在多种器官中均有表达，具有调控基因表达、细胞分化和机体形态发生的功能，而其功能的异常与白血病、乳腺癌、肾细胞癌、前列腺癌等肿瘤的预后密切相关。

关键词: 肿瘤, 基因, 同源盒, HOXC

Abstract: As a member of homeobox gene family, HOXC is expressed in many organs and can regulate gene expression, cell differentiation and morphogenesis. Abnormality of its function is closely related to the prognosis of leukemia, breast cancer, renal cell carcinoma, prostate cancer and so on.
