摘要/Abstract

摘要： 尿路上皮癌相关抗原1（UCA1）是一种膀胱癌特异性长非编码RNA，无编码蛋白质的功能。UCA1差异性表达于各种胎儿组织，而大多数成人组织不表达UCA1，在肿瘤形成过程中UCA1再次表达。研究表明UCA1可调控膀胱癌、乳腺癌和肝癌等肿瘤的增殖、凋亡、转移和耐药性。

Abstract: Urothelial carcinoma associated antigen 1 (UCA1) is a highly bladder cancerspecific long noncoding RNA (lncRNA), and it does not have the function of encoding protein. UCA1 differentially expresses in various fetal tissues, but its expression is turned off in most adult tissues. It reactivates during tumorigenesis. Researches indicate that UCA1 may regulate cell proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis and chemoresistance of tumors, such as bladder cancer, breast cancer and hepatocellular cancer.
