摘要: 内质网应激(ERS)作为一种细胞应激过程,在多种细胞、多种情况下可被激活。近年来发现,ERS存在于多种肿瘤细胞中。体内外研究证实ERS参与介导肿瘤细胞的凋亡、自噬性死亡和免疫原性细胞死亡,以及促进肿瘤细胞存活、调控细胞周期等多个过程,从而在肿瘤细胞中发挥多种作用。因此研究ERS将有助于进一步了解肿瘤的发展及转归。

Abstract: Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) as a cell stress, can be activated in a variety of cells and situations. In recent years, researches show that ERS exists in many kinds of tumor cells so as to play a number of roles in inducing cell apoptosis, autophagymediated apoptosis, immunogenic cell death, promoting tumor cell survival, regulating the cell cycle. So study on ERS is helpful to understand the development and the outcome of tumor.
