摘要: 姜黄素可通过外在的死亡受体途径来诱导人类软骨肉瘤细胞的凋亡,诱导细胞周期阻滞抑制人肺癌细胞的增殖,通过阻断肿瘤细胞的多种生长信号传导通路来抑制胆管癌细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡,通过减少血管内皮生长因子的表达来抑制艾氏腹腔积液癌细胞形成实体肿瘤的血管形成,通过调节肿瘤细胞黏附分子的表达来抑制乳腺癌细胞的游动性和侵袭力,还可以通过调节多药耐药相关基因的表达来增加化疗药物对癌细胞的敏感性。姜黄素的应用为肿瘤治疗开辟了新的途径。

Abstract: Curcumin can induce cell apoptosis in human chondrosarcoma cells through extrinsic death receptor pathway, inhibit proliferation of lung cancer cells by inducing cell cycle arrest, and can suppress proliferation and induce apoptosis in cholangiocarcinoma cells through blocking multiple signaling pathways, suppress the formation of tumor blood vessels by reducing the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in Ehrlich ascites cancer cells, inhibit breast cancer cell motility and invasiveness by regulating the expression of adhesion molecules and increase the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs to cancer cells by regulating the expression of multidrug resistance related genes. Curcumin has explored new approaches for the treatment of tumor.
