摘要: 研究发现,激活过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)可抑制肝细胞癌(HCC)细胞增殖、黏附、降解细胞外基质、新生血管的生成,从而抑制HCC的侵袭和转移。因此,明确PPARγ信号通路抑制HCC侵袭转移的机制,可能有助于HCC的临床治疗,有望提高HCC患者的生存率。

Abstract: Recent studies indicate that the activation of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) can inhibit the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by inhibiting proliferation and adhesion of HCC cells, degradation of extracellular matrix and angiogenesis. Therefore, the mechanisms that PPARγ signaling pathway inhibits the invasion and metastasis of HCC may provide help for the clinical treatment, and is expected to improve the survival rate of HCC patients.
