随着检测手段的发展,各种肝癌标志物不断被发现,这对肝癌的早期诊断及治疗后实时监测有重要意义。基于不同标志物敏感性和特异性的差异,探讨其对肝癌诊断及预后评估的价值,可以为临床医生科学合理地应用不同标志物提供重要参考。
