多药耐药基因及相关耐药蛋白在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要: 化疗是肿瘤治疗的重要方法之一,但多药耐药(MDR)一直是影响其疗效的主要因素。肿瘤细胞中MDRl基因的扩增及其相关耐药蛋白的过度表达,细胞周期和细胞凋亡通路的信号转导相关机制的改变等,是导致化疗失败的重要原因。

Abstract: Chemotherapy is one of the most important methods of cancer treatment. However, multidrug resistance (MDR) has been the main factors affecting their efficacies. Recent studies show that the amplification of MDRl gene in tumor cells, the over expression of the related drug resistance protein and the cell cycle and apoptosis pathway in signal transduction are the main causes for the failure of chemotherapy.
