摘要: 微小RNA与DNA甲基化都属于表观遗传学修饰的重要内容。大量研究已证实,二者可以相互调控并共同参与肿瘤的发生、发展,对其机制的研究将为探讨肿瘤的发病机理开辟新的思路,并为肿瘤的早期诊治提供理论基础。

Abstract: Both microRNA and DNA methylation are the important contents of epigenetic modification. Lots of studies have confirmed that mutual regulation of microRNA and DNA methylation involve in tumorgenesis and development of cancer. The studies of their mechanisms bring some new ideas for investigating the pathogenesis of tumors, and provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and treatment.
