摘要： 白细胞介素10（IL-10）是一种具有调节免疫作用的细胞因子。因其具有的免疫抑制功能而广为人知，IL-10可以作用于多种免疫细胞亚群，并通过多种方式发挥免疫抑制作用，在机体肿瘤免疫逃逸中起重要作用，新近研究报道IL-10也具有免疫刺激的作用，推测其是一种多能的细胞因子。本文就IL-10肿瘤中正向和负向调节作用及调解途径、与预后关系进行总结。

Abstract: Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is an immuno-regulatory cytokine, which is well known for its immunosuppressive function. IL-10 can act on a variety of immune cell subsets and play an immunosuppressive effect through a variety of ways. It plays an important role in the tumor immune escape. Recent studies show that IL-10 also has an immune-stimulating function, which is presumably a pluripotent cytokine. This paper will combine the latest literature to summary the positive and negative regulatory roles of IL-10, mediation ways in the tumor and the relationships with prognosis.
