摘要: 结肠癌转移相关基因1(MACC1)为新近发现的调节肿瘤生长和转移的基因,在多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达,其编码蛋白作为HGF-MET信号通路的一个关键调节因子,可明显增强肿瘤细胞的侵袭及转移能力。

Abstract: Metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1 (MACC1), a newly discovered gene which controls tumor growth and metastasis, abnormally expressed in a variety of malignant tumors. As a key regulator of HGF-MET signal pathway, its coding protein can obviously promote invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.
