摘要: miR-205在多种肿瘤中存在差异性表达,与肿瘤的发生发展及转移等过程密切相关。miR-205可通过与特定靶基因结合参与调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、原位侵袭及远处转移等生物学行为。对miR-205的深入研究,有望对肿瘤的诊断、靶向治疗及预后等发挥重要作用。

Abstract: miR-205 is differentially expressed in tumor tissues and is closely related to tumorigenesis and tumor metastasis. miR-205 can regulate the biological behaviors of tumor cells such as cell proliferation, differentiation, in situ invasion and distant metastasis by posttranscriptional regulation through binding to targeted genes. Additionally, further research of miR-205 may be helpful for tumor diagnosis, targeted therapy and prognosis.
