摘要: 小核仁RNA宿主基因15(SNHG15)是长非编码RNA(lncRNA)的一种,定位于7号染色体。近年来有研究指出lncRNA SNHG15在多种恶性肿瘤如胶质瘤、甲状腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、肾癌、骨肉瘤中过表达,其可通过不同信号通路促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移,并导致肿瘤患者预后不良。

Abstract: As a kind of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), small nucleolar RNA host gene 15 (SNHG15) is located on chromosome 7. In recent years, studies have shown that lncRNA SNHG15 is over expressed in various types of cancers such as glioma, thyroid cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, renal carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, osteosarcoma, and it can promote the proliferation, invasion, metastasis of malignant tumors and lead to poor prognosis of tumor patients through different signal pathways.
