摘要: 乏氧诱导因子1α(HIF1α)血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)血管内皮生长因子受体2(VEGFR2)通路在调控肿瘤新生血管的形成中发挥着重要的作用,此通路的激活与恶性肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关。

Abstract: Hypoxia inducible factor1α (HIF1α)vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)vascular endothelial growth factor receptor2 (VEGFR2) signaling pathway plays a vital role in the regulation of  neovascularization, and the activation of this pathway is closely related with tumor invasion and metastasis.
