摘要: 髓源性抑制细胞(MDSC)是一群未成熟的骨髓异质性细胞,在肿瘤免疫耐受和免疫抑制中具有重要作用。近年越来越多的研究结果表明前列腺素E2(PGE2)与MDSC有着密不可分的关系,PGE2在肿瘤微环境中通过作用其相关受体,调控信号转导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)和蛋白激酶A等细胞信号通路及细胞因子的分泌,影响着MDSC的增殖、分化及功能。

Abstract: Myeloidderived suppressor cells (MDSCs), a heterogeneous population of immature myeloid cells, play an important role in immune tolerance and immune suppression. In recent years, more and more research results show that the prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) has an inseparable relationship with MDSCs, and PGE2 through its relevant receptors, regulating signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and protein kinase A cell signaling pathways and secretion cytokines in tumor microenvironment, affects the development, differentiation and function of MDSCs.
