摘要： Rab10蛋白作为Rab鸟苷三磷酸酶家族成员之一，不仅参与细胞内囊泡的形成、转运、锚定和融合过程，同时也影响肿瘤的发生发展。通过对Rab10在细胞内囊泡运输和肿瘤中的机制研究，可能为抗肿瘤治疗提供潜在的靶点和新思路。

关键词: rab GTP结合蛋白质类, 肿瘤, 转运小泡, 分子靶向治疗

Abstract: As a member of GTPase Rab family, Rab10 protein is not only involved in vesicle formation, transport, anchoring and fusion process, but also affects the occurrence and development of tumors. Research about the mechanisms of Rab10 in intracellular vesicle transport and tumor may provide a potential target and new idea for the anticancer therapy.
