摘要: 长非编码RNA尿路上皮癌胚抗原1(UCA1)首先于膀胱癌组织中发现并命名,在多种肿瘤组织中如膀胱癌、卵巢癌、肺癌等明显高表达,表现为原癌基因的功能。UCA1可调节肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、转移、侵袭等,在肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用,可作为肿瘤诊断、预后及药物敏感性预测的一种新的生物学标志物,并有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

Abstract: Long non-coding RNA  urothelial carcinoma associated 1 (UCA1) is initially discovered and named in bladder cancer tissue,  which is highly expressed in multi types of tumor tissues, such as bladder cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, suggesting that UCA1 acts as oncogene. UCA1 is confirmed to regulate tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and migration, which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancers. UCA1 is expected to become a new biomarker for diagnosis, prognosis and drug susceptibility, which may be a promising therapeutic target of cancer.
