摘要: 功能成像在肺癌放疗中具有十分重要的作用。功能成像技术包括单光子发射计算机断层扫描、正电子发射断层扫描、磁共振成像和计算机断层扫描等,利用这些技术提供的肺功能信息应用于肺癌放疗,可更好地保护正常功能的肺组织,优化放疗方案,减少放射性肺炎的发生。随着灌注和成像技术的发展,功能成像技术在今后的肺癌精准放疗中必将得到广泛应用。

Abstract: Functional imaging plays an important role in lung cancer radiotherapy. Functional imaging techniques include single photon emission computed tomography, positron emission tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and computed tomography. Using lung function information provided by these techniques for lung cancer radiotherapy can better protect the normal function of lung tissue, optimize the radiotherapy program, and reduce the incidence of radiation pneumonitis. With the development of perfusion and imaging technology, functional imaging technology is expected to be widely used in the precise radiotherapy of lung cancer in the future.
