摘要: 肿瘤相关代谢与肿瘤的发生、发展及肿瘤免疫逃逸的行为密切相关。肿瘤代谢(如葡萄糖代谢、氨基酸代谢、氧代谢)的局部营养物质消耗及代谢产物对免疫细胞的影响是肿瘤免疫研究领域的热点,可用于指导与肿瘤免疫相关的抗肿瘤药物开发。

关键词: 肿瘤, 免疫, 细胞, 代谢

Abstract: Tumor metabolism is closely related to tumor occurrence, development and the behavior of tumor immune escape. The local nutrient consumption (such as glucose metabolism, amino acid metabolism and oxygen metabolism) of tumor metabolism and the effect of metabolites on immune cells are the hotspots in the field of tumor immunology and it can also guide the research of new anticancer drugs related to tumor immunity.
