摘要： MLN4924可通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、衰老、细胞自噬抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、浸润、转移，其可抑制肿瘤血管生成并能增强肿瘤对放疗、化疗的敏感性，发挥良好的抗肿瘤效应。

Abstract: MLN4924 can inhibit the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of tumor by inducing tumor cells apoptosis, senescence and autophagy, which can inhibit tumor angiogenesis and enhance the sensitivity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Therefore, MLN4924 plays a good antitumor effect.
