摘要: 青蒿素及其衍生物是一类高效、速效、低毒的抗疟疾药物。近年来研究发现,青蒿素类药物不仅可以抗疟疾,还具有免疫抑制、抗病毒及抗肿瘤等多方面的药理作用。大量研究证实,青蒿素及其衍生物对鼻咽癌、宫颈癌、肺癌和脑胶质瘤等肿瘤有放疗增敏作用,其作用机制与Wee1蛋白下调、Cyclin B1蛋白上调、G2M期阻滞和细胞凋亡有关。

Abstract: Artemisinin and its derivative is a kind of efficient, quick and low toxicity of antimalarial drug. In recent years, we find that artemisinin drugs can not only against malaria, but also have pharmacological effects of immunosuppression, antiviral and anticancer. A number of studies have confirmed that artemisinin and its derivatives have the radiosensitization effects in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, cervical cancer, lung cancer and glioma, and their mechanisms are related to decreasing Wee1 protein expression, increasing Cyclin B1 protein expression, blocking G2M phase and cell apoptosis.
