摘要/Abstract

摘要： 组织因子阳性膜微粒（TFMP）通过促进肿瘤周围血管生成，进而促进肿瘤浸润和转移。目前多项研究提示TFMP与肿瘤合并血栓形成具有相关性，但相关机制尚不完全清楚。研究TFMP对肿瘤进展及血栓的预测极其重要。

关键词: 肿瘤, 静脉血栓形成, 凝血致活酶, 膜微粒

Abstract: Tissue factor positive microparticle (TFMP) plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of tumor by promoting the formation of the vessels around the tumor. At present a number of studies suggest that TFMP is associated with thrombosis in tumor, but the relevant mechanism is still not fully clear. TFMP is extremely important for the prevention of tumor progression and thrombosis.
