摘要: 髓源性抑制细胞(MDSC)和调节性T细胞(Treg)是重要的抑制性免疫细胞,在炎症、感染和肿瘤中大量扩增,可通过多种机制抑制机体抗肿瘤免疫,促进肿瘤生长和转移。寻找肿瘤微环境中MDSC、Treg细胞升高的原因及清除方法,已成为肿瘤免疫治疗的研究热点。

Abstract: Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and regulatory T cell (Treg) in the tumor microenvironment are important inhibitory immune cells. Research finds that MDSC and Treg increase in large number under the conditions of inflammation, infection and cancer and are able to suppress the immunity system and promote tumor-cell invasion and metastasis through multiple mechanisms. Finding the causes of resulting in the increase of MDSCs and Treg in tumor microenvironment and the eliminating methods have become new focuses in the field of anti-tumor immunotherapy.
