摘要: 沙门菌是一类胞内侵袭性兼性厌氧菌,减毒后仍保留其抗原性,现在广泛作为DNA疫苗的载体。沙门菌携带相关抗原基因对多种肿瘤有显著的抑制效果,而且携带修复基因对放化疗后的机体损伤有着明确的修复作用

Abstract: Salmonella is a kind of intracellular invasive facultative anaerobe, maintaining its antigenicity after being attenuated. Now, it has been widely used as a  transporter of DNA vaccines. Salmonella carrying related antigen gene can inhibit multiple tumors, and salmonella carrying repair gene has a clear repair effect for the organism injury after chemoradiotherapy.
