泛素化及其在肿瘤中的作用

摘要: 泛素化过程是内源性蛋白质降解的主要途径之一,因此参与泛素化过程的泛素交联酶UbE2D3会影响细胞内某些蛋白及核酸的含量、活性进而影响其生物效应。在肿瘤细胞中,这种作用显得尤其关键,可参与部分癌症因子的修饰与降解,从而影响肿瘤的生物学行为。研究表明,在乳腺癌中UbE2D3与人类端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)、放射敏感性、侵袭性等相关。

Abstract: Ubiquitinproteasome pathway is one of the primary pathway in intracellular protein degradation, therefore the ubiquitin conjugating enzyme D3 (UbE2D3) which involved in the ubiquitin mineralization process can affect the biological effects accordingly to affect some protein and nucleic acid content and activity. The function that participate in modification and degradation of some cancer factors is vital in tumor cells, and followed by tumor biological behavior changing. Researches show that UbE2D3 correlates with human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT), radiation sensitivity, aggressive, etc in breast cancer.
