摘要: 乳腺癌的发生、发展是多因素相互作用的复杂过程,肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAF)分泌多种因子可导致乳腺癌的发生,诱导肿瘤血管生成,促进肿瘤的转移,诱导肿瘤耐药;同时,亦可通过CAF的表达判断患者的临床预后。CAF有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

Abstract: The occurrence and development of breast cancer is a complex process which referring to multifactor interaction. During this process, cancerassociated fibroblasts (CAFs) secrect various growth factors and cytokines to promote the tumor progression, angiogenesis, metastasis, drug resistance. Meanwhile, it can also judge the prognosis of patients through the expression of CAFs. CAFs may offer a new therapeutic strategy against breast cancer.
