摘要: Notch信号通路参与肺癌干细胞的异常分化和自我更新,深入研究Notch信号通路在肺癌干细胞调控中的作用,有望在肺癌的诊断及治疗中找到新的靶点。作用于Notch信号通路的抑制剂可能成为有效治疗肺癌的药物。肺癌干细胞被认为是肺癌复发的主要因素,因此针对肺癌干细胞的靶向治疗可能比针对整个肿瘤的治疗更有效。

Abstract: Notch signaling pathway is involved in the abnormal differentiation and selfrenewal of lung cancer stem cells. The further studies for the roles of Notch signaling pathway in the regulation of lung cancer stem cells are expected to find new targets in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. Inhibitors of the Notch signaling pathway may be effective in the treatment of lung cancer. Lung cancer stem cells are thought to be a major cause of recurrence of lung cancer, therefore, targeted therapy for lung cancer stem cells may be more effective than treatment for the entire tumor.
