摘要/Abstract

摘要： 液体活检是一类热门且新兴的病理检测技术，主要包括肿瘤循环细胞检测、肿瘤循环DNA检测以及外泌体检测，近年来研究显示该技术不仅在胰腺癌早期诊断中发挥着潜在的优势，而且对肿瘤的预后判断以及复发监测有一定的指导意义。

关键词: 胰腺肿瘤, 循环肿瘤细胞, 循环肿瘤DNA, 液体活检, 外泌体

Abstract: Liquid biopsy is a kind of popular and emerging pathological detection technology, which mainly includes the detection of circulating tumor cells, circulating tumor DNA and exosome. Recent studies show that liquid biopsy not only plays a potential advantage in early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, but also has some guiding significance for prognosis and recurrence monitoring of pancreatic cancer.
