摘要: 翻译控制肿瘤蛋白(TCTP)是一种在多种生物中高度保守的小分子蛋白。TCTP在多种肿瘤细胞中高表达,已被证明参与调控细胞凋亡、DNA损伤与修复和耐药性形成等多种复杂功能。近年来,随着TCTP相关的分子作用机制不断被揭示,TCTP已成为肿瘤靶向治疗中的新型重要药物靶点。

Abstract: Translationally controlled tumor protein (TCTP) is a small protein highly conserved in a variety of eukaryotic species. TCTP is overexpressed in various tumor cells and has been implicated in the regulation of cellular processes including apoptosis, DNA repair and drug resistance. By reviewing the recent progress of TCTP research, TCTP is becoming an important regulator of DNA repair and a new molecular target for tumor therapy.
