摘要: 肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)是一种具有广泛生物活性的细胞因子,与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。目前已有较多学者使用TNFα作为放疗增敏剂来研究其对肿瘤细胞放疗增敏的效果,研究发现其机制可能与细胞凋亡、细胞周期、乏氧细胞、DNA损伤修复等有关。

Abstract: Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)is a kind of cytokines with a wide range of biological activity, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases. Nowadays, a number of researchers use TNFα as a radiationsensitizing agent to evaluate the effect of radiation sensitivity of tumor cells. The scheme may have correlation with cell apoptosis, cell cycle, hypoxic cells, repair of DNA damage, etc.
