摘要: 肿瘤干细胞是一类具有自我更新、分化和高度致瘤能力的细胞亚群,其与肿瘤的发生、发展、复发以及治疗抵抗等密切相关,而其中最重要的特性是自我更新能力。深入研究肿瘤干细胞的自我更新调控机制,对于开发以肿瘤干细胞为靶点的新型靶向治疗药物具有重要意义。

Abstract: Cancer stem cells comprise a subpopulation with the capacity of selfrenewal,  selfdifferentiation and high tumorigenicity. Cancerogenesis, development, relapse and therapeutic resistance are closely related with these cells. The most important characteristics of these cells are the ability to selfrenew. So insight into the regulating mechanism of selfrenewal in cancer stem cells will be important for the development of novel molecular agents targeted the cancer stem cells.
