Abstract: Radioactive seed implantation of pancreatic cancer is a very effective treatment, the indications, contraindications and complications has been improved gradually, radioactive particles can be implanted precisely under CT or ultrasound-guided, treatment of particles can be combined with chemotherapy, radiofrequency ablation and other means to improve the clinical efficacy.
