摘要： 循环微小RNA（miRNA）是一类非编码小RNA分子。循环miRNA作为肿瘤生物标志物，其表达失调与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。研究表明，循环miRNA在结直肠癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、前列腺癌、卵巢癌等原发性或转移性上皮性肿瘤的早期诊断、预后判断等方面有巨大潜力。

Abstract: Circulating microRNAs (miRNAs) is a class of noncoding small RNA molecules. As tumor biomarkers, circulating miRNAs deregulation is associated with the initiation and progression of human cancer. Studies indicate that circulating miRNAs have great potential in the early diagnosis and prognosis of primary or metastatic tumors (colorectal, breast, prostate, hepatocellular and ovarian cancer and other epithelial cancer).
