摘要: HA117基因是近几年发现的一种多药耐药(MDR)基因。研究表明,它可能通过调控Bcl2抗凋亡路径介导肿瘤的MDR。HA117基因在白血病、淋巴瘤、乳腺癌、神经母细胞瘤、肠腺癌等中高表达,与肿瘤的MDR和预后密切相关。

Abstract: HA117, as a multiple drug resistance(MDR) gene, has recently been discovered. It may mediate the MDR of tumor through Bcl2 antiapoptotic pathways. HA117 gene exists high expression in leukemia, lymphoma, breast cancer, neuroblastoma, colon adenocarcinoma and so on, and its overexpression is closely associated with the MDR and poor prognosis of these tumors.
