摘要： 细胞周期相关激酶（CCRK）作为一种新发现的细胞周期依赖激酶活化激酶，主要参与细胞周期的调控。相关研究证实CCRK在多种肿瘤细胞中均有过表达，且与患者不良预后密切相关，提示CCRK参与了肿瘤的发生发展过程。

Abstract: Cell cycle-related kinase (CCRK) as a novel CDK-activating kinase plays a significant role in cell cycle regulation. Related studies confirm that CCRK is overexpressed in various tumors, and is associated with poor prog­nosis of the patients, which indicates that CCRK takes part in the generation and development of the tumor.
