摘要: Notch信号转导通路参与调控细胞增生、分化及凋亡。异常的Notch信号转导通路可以诱导转基因鼠乳腺癌的发生,而在乳腺癌患者中,高表达Notch受体和(或)配体则与预后不良相关,因此靶向抑制Notch信号转导通路可能对乳腺癌治疗有益。

Abstract: Studied show that the Notch signal transduction pathway involves in the regulation and control of cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Aberrant Notch signaling can induce breast cancer in transgenic mice. High expressions of either Notch receptors or their ligands have been linked to poor prognosis in patients with breast cancer. Inhibition of Notch signal transduction pathway may be beneficial for breast cancer treatment.
