摘要： 偶合基本氨基酸裂解酶4（PACE4）与多种肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关，其在肿瘤中过表达或低表达可导致肿瘤细胞的增殖和侵袭能力增强，甚至可能导致肿瘤细胞恶性程度的增加。针对PACE4表达在不同肿瘤中的作用进行特异性调控，可能有效治疗肿瘤或改善患者预后。

Abstract: Paired basic amino acid cleaving enzyme 4（PACE4），a subtilisin-like endoprotease, which is thought to play a significant role in tumor occurrence and development. Its over or low expression may lead to enhanced proliferation and invasion of tumor cells, even increase the malignant degree. The specific regulation according to the roles of PACE4 expression in different tumors may be helpful for tumor treatment and prognosis improvement.
