摘要: 微小(miRNA)在细胞凋亡、细胞周期、甲基转移酶等多方面调控乳腺癌细胞增殖,也在微环境、上皮-间质转换、血管生成等多方面调控乳腺癌细胞转移。最近的大量研究发现,miRNA在乳腺癌组织中特异性表达,在乳腺癌细胞增殖、转移以及在乳腺癌治疗中均发挥重要作用。

Abstract: MicroRNA (miRNA) controls the proliferation of breast cancer cells in many ways such as cell apotosis, cell cycle and methyltransferase. Also, it controls the metastasis of breast cancer cells in many ways such as microenvironment, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and vessel formation. Large amounts of recent studies indicate that miRNAs are specifically expressed in breast cancer tissue and play important roles in proliferation, metastasis and treatment of breast cancer.
