摘要: 基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP)-2和MMP-9属于基质金属蛋白酶家族的明胶酶类,能够降解细胞外基质,在肿瘤细胞生长、分化、侵袭、转移、调节肿瘤血管生成及免疫监视中起到重要作用,因此与多种肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关。近几年,针对MMP-2和MMP-9的抑制剂与药物也受到广泛关注。

Abstract: Matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) are gelatinases of matrix metalloproteinase family, which play a crucial role in the cancer cell growth, differentiation, invasion, migration, the regulation of tumour angiogenesis and immune surveillance because of their ability to degrade extracellular matrix proteins.So they are significantly associated with development and progression of various tumors. In recent years, the inhibitors and drugs against MMP-2 and MMP-9 arouse wide concern.
