												摘要:
肝外胆管癌是一种较为罕见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,其复发率高,预后差。随着现代医学和放疗技术的发展,放疗联合手术、化疗、胆道支架等在可切除及不可切除的肝外胆管癌治疗过程中占据越来越重要的地位。目前已有大量研究显示外照射放疗、近距离腔内放疗、立体定向放疗等多种放疗技术具有良好的安全性和疗效,但其临床应用仍存在争议。
