摘要/Abstract

摘要： 白细胞介素6（IL6）参与体内多种炎症反应和免疫调节等过程，并与肿瘤进程关系密切。近期研究发现，IL6通过参与肝癌微环境构成、激活相关通路、调控下游转录因子等影响肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和转移，在肝癌靶向治疗中具有重要潜在价值。

关键词: 肝肿瘤, 预后, 白细胞介素-6

Abstract: Interleukin6 (IL6) involves in a variety of inflammatory responses and immune regulation, showing closely correlations to tumor progression. Recent studies reveal that IL6 may play an important role in constituting tumor microenvironment, activating related signal pathway, regulating downstream transcription factors, to affect the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. IL6 has important potential value in the targeted therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.
