摘要: 近年来,纳米技术应用于卵巢癌治疗成为研究热点。纳米药物具有直径小、组织相容性好、可表面修饰以及靶向定位能力等特性,可以显著提高药物的生物利用度。纳米技术在卵巢癌的化疗、抗肿瘤血管生成治疗、基因治疗、免疫治疗、热疗、光动力学治疗等方面的应用显示出其潜在价值。

Abstract: In recent years, the application of nanotechnology in the treatment of ovarian cancer has become a hot topic. Nanomedicine has characteristics of small diameter, good biocompatibility, surface modification and targeting ability, which has been shown to improve the biocompatibility of drugs remarkably. Nanotechnology has potential application value in chemotherapy, antiangiogenesis therapy, gene therapy, immune therapy, thermotherapy, and photodynamic therapy of ovarian cancer.
