摘要: 寻找出精确又能提供诸多信息的生物标志物将给结肠癌的早期诊断及选择最优治疗策 略方面带来显著意义。蛋白质组学技术是肿瘤研究中的一个重要工具,近年来许多研究通过它发现了 诸多潜在的结肠癌生物标志物。

Abstract: Colon cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the worldwide scale and it is one of the leading causes of cancerrelated deaths. Finding accurate and informative cancer markers will provide significant insights in diagnosis and treatment strategy of colon cancer. Proteomic technology is an important tool in cancer research. In recent years, many studies have found a great of potential biomarkers of colon cancer.
