摘要： 术前放疗联合化疗和（或）靶向治疗不仅能降低局部晚期直肠癌的复发率，提高保肛率及病理完全缓解率，还可以改善患者治疗的依从性。术前新辅助治疗将逐渐成为局部晚期直肠癌的标准治疗方案。

Abstract: Preoperative radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and (or) targeted therapy not only reduces the local recurrence of locally advanced rectal cancer and increases the rate of anal preservation and pathologic complete response, but also improves patient compliance. Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy will gradually become the standard treatment for locally advanced rectal cancer.
