摘要： 钙黏蛋白与自身同型的钙依赖性黏附素特异性结合从而介导同型细胞间的黏附作用，主要包括上皮型、胎盘型及神经型3种亚型。近年来，国内外越来越多的研究报道表明钙黏蛋白与三阴乳腺癌（TNBC）密切相关，钙黏蛋白对TNBC的预后判断及治疗具有重要的意义。

Abstract: Cadherins that mediate the adhesion of the same type of cells by specific binding to calciumdependent adhesions of the same type with cadherins mainly consist of three subtypes including E-cadherin, P-cadherin and N-cadherin. In recent years, more and more studies have indicated that cadherins are closely related to triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and play an important role in prognosis and treatment of TNBC.
